How we help

You send us the variables — hours, bonuses, new starters, leavers — and we do the rest. We process payroll on your chosen day, submit RTI to HMRC the same day, email payslips to each employee, and tell you exactly what to pay your team and HMRC. Pension contributions are uploaded automatically to your provider. At year-end we generate P60s for every employee and P11Ds for any benefits in kind.

Then £4.80 per additional employee per month. Pension submission and CIS included as standard.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run director-only payroll?+

Yes — this is one of the most common setups we manage. We process a tax-efficient monthly salary and handle the RTI submission.

Do you handle pension auto-enrolment?+

Yes. We assess each employee, enrol eligible workers, upload contributions to your provider and handle re-enrolment every three years.

What about CIS payroll?+

We handle CIS verification with HMRC, calculate the correct deduction rate (0%, 20% or 30%) and submit your monthly CIS return.

Can we still use BrightPay or Xero Payroll?+

Absolutely — we work with all major payroll platforms. If you don't have one, we'll recommend the best fit.
