Ernie is your smart AI accounting assistant, available inside the portal. Ask Ernie questions about VAT, bookkeeping, HMRC rules and more — powered by real accounting knowledge and live web search.

Do I need a subscription to use the portal?+

Basic portal access is free for all clients. Upgrade to Growth or Premium to unlock Ernie and the full Knowledge Hub.

Can you switch us from our existing accountant?+

Yes — we manage the entire transition for you, including professional clearance and software handover. It's hassle-free.

Which cloud accounting software do you support?+

Xero and QuickBooks. We're certified partners and can recommend the best fit for your business.

Are you HMRC and Companies House registered?+

Yes. We are fully qualified, registered and Making Tax Digital compliant.

Do you work with landlords and property investors?+
