Frequently asked questions

Why do I need A2X or Link My Books?+

Marketplaces don't give you a clean transaction-by-transaction feed — they pay you net of fees and refunds. A2X / LMB break each payout down into journal entries Xero can reconcile, giving you accurate sales, fees and refunds in your books.

Do I need to register for OSS or IOSS?+

If you sell physical goods to EU consumers, OSS lets you file one VAT return covering all EU sales above local thresholds. IOSS simplifies low-value imports under €150. We'll advise which applies.

How do you handle inventory?+

We work with your inventory management system (DEAR, Cin7, Unleashed or simpler tools) to track COGS accurately. For smaller sellers we use a simpler periodic stocktake approach.

Can you help with Shopify Payments and Stripe reconciliation?+

Yes — we set up direct bank feeds and reconcile every payout, including fees, chargebacks and reserves.
