Frequently asked questions
Will you damage my customer relationships?+
No. Our chase scripts are professional, polite and brand-appropriate. We escalate gradually, and you set the rules on how firm we get and when.
What about disputed invoices?+
We track them separately, escalate them back to you for resolution, and only resume chasing once you've confirmed the dispute is closed.
Can you claim late-payment interest?+
Yes — under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 you're entitled to statutory interest and fixed compensation. We'll include this on overdue accounts if you'd like.
What if a customer won't pay at all?+
We help you decide between a Letter Before Action, debt collection agency referral or court claim — and hand over a clean evidence file if it goes that far.
